What is stored. Evidence submissions contain your entered name, source link, chosen node, description and review history. This form stores the details you enter, an opaque request reference and review notes. Hosting and sign-in are provided by OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; they process the account and network information needed to run the site.

Who sees it. Evidence and privacy queues, saved exports and backups are restricted to the configured owner account. Evidence may be exported for AI-assisted review. Privacy request details are excluded from those evidence exports and are never automatically sent to an AI.

Retention. The owner reviews pending or declined evidence after 90 days without an update, approved evidence after two years, and resolved or declined privacy requests after 90 days. These are review thresholds, not automatic deletion promises. Nothing is silently purged. A fulfilled erasure removes the matching evidence and its linked reviews and saved export entries; the request’s original details are also cleared.

Copies. The owner must separately remove matching downloaded files and older backups when fulfilling deletion. Hosting recovery copies may remain for the provider’s recovery period and should not be restored without reapplying completed privacy actions. Opaque action receipts record what was done without retaining removed text.

Abuse protection. Signed-in data and suggestion forms use hashes derived from your site account for abuse prevention and retry matching. The anonymous privacy form uses short-lived hashed network counters. Raw IP addresses are not stored in these app counters, and raw account identifiers are not stored in submission records or retry receipts. This form uses a separate limit and remains available if evidence submissions are paused.
